The apartment was very new with all its furnishings, it gives you the feeling that you are staying for the first time. As for the balcony, a magnificent view in one word, you won't want to go inside, you will always sit on the balcony. Believe me, you can go and stay just for the view. On the first day of our 5-night stay, Dimitris, who greeted us, helped us carry our belongings to the apartment, introduced the apartment and sent the locations of the taverns and beaches in the area one by one. He is a smiling person who can be reached 24 hours a day for your every need. There are 2-3 taverns and beaches within walking distance of the area. There is a large supermarket right opposite the house. We ate at a different place every night, it was our first time in Kavala, 10 minutes by car, and we liked its pedestrian street very much. Nea Peramos and Nea Iraklitsa are 5 minutes each by car. Good places to eat and hang out at night. In general, everywhere is very beautiful and calm, a region where you will relieve all your tiredness, away from the crowd. Those who will go to the apartment and the region should not think for even a minute.

Absolutely fabulous view and exceeds expectations! The ideal place to relax with your loved one in a superb location just a few steps from the beach. Impeccable location, equipped with everything you need for a stay, clean, modern, quiet, from the balcony you hear birds chirping, and in the silence of the night we listened to the crashing waves. The balcony offers a spectacular panoramic view of the Aegean Sea, the city on the coast, and on clear days you can spot the peak of Mount Athos. In the morning you can enjoy your coffee, read your book, and enjoy the sunrise reflected in the Aegean Sea. From all points of view: the host, the location, the placement and the facilities are a 10. And let's not forget the very comfortable bed, I slept like a baby until late thanks to the shutters that completely block the daylight. I love the location, as well as the surroundings. It is a delightful combination between sea and mountain with lush vegetation. It's a dream place, I highly recommend it, you won't be sorry. We will definitely be back at the beginning of September with our child to Thalassa Beach considering that the sandy beach is 50 m from the location and just a few steps from a children's playground.

Very professional, discreet, and efficient host. You have a well-stocked supermarket across the street and a pharmacy on the ground floor. From the balcony you only see the sea and the sky in front, the coast of Kavala on the left and the mountains on the right - we haven't seen such a view except in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat in Nice! Inside, everything is new, sparkling clean, modern, perfectly equipped, pleasant and well thought out, bedroom with a double bed that is large and comfortable - you see the sea lying down, and in the living room you have a wide sofa bed. You have everything you need for coffee, tea, cooking (oven, stove, fridge), you have a washing machine, two cable TVs. Bathroom with shower, hair dryer, with ventilation window. We liked it a lot and we will definitely return at the end of August.
